You can get the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone from T-Mobile via Mobileshop for as little as £15.50 per month on a two year contract. That’s a total cost of ownership of £372 which compares very well with the cost of the smartphone by itself, which currently stands at around £330.
The deal is available on two plans and offers either 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 250MB data or 50 minutes, 250 texts and 1GB of data. The device was announced last year in London and you can read our review of the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone here. It has since been superseded by the Samsung Galaxy S4 which is more of an evolution rather than a radical change.
The Galaxy S3 is still a pretty impressive smartphone with some rather enticing features. It comes with a quad-core Samsung Exynos 4412 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz, a huge 2,100mAh battery, a 4.8in 1,280 x 720 pixel Super AMOLED HD display, an 8-megapixel rear camera, 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC and more.
Samsung also bundled a number of its own clever features like the S Beam, the Buddy Share Photo and the Smart Stay, all of which allows Samsung to claim that the phone has been designed for humans.
