It’s over 40 degrees centigrade in Las Vegas right now, but enterprise behemoth HP is ready to take the temperature up another notch by revealing its latest innovation and strategy around big data, storage, cloud computing and more, at HP Discover 2013.
Once again on the frontline, ITProPortal will be jetting out to Nevada to report on the event with live updates covering all the breaking announcements and insight, so join us here for the opening press conferences on Monday, followed by the event-proper running from 11-13 June.
With more than 500 sessions, 285 demos, and over 500,000 square feet of space at HP Discover, there should be plenty for us to get our teeth stuck into.
Highlights include keynotes from company CEO Meg Whitman and Executive VPs Bill Veghte and Dave Donatelli, plus the unveiling of new projects and solutions covering bases right across the enterprise.
HP’s standing in the sector makes Discover a difficult event to avoid for the IT professional, and 12,000 attendees from 90 different countries and 3,200 companies are expected to descend on the conference, thirsty for news on security, mobility and risk management, on top of the aforementioned core technologies.
ITProPortal’s live events coverage has been in full swing of late, with the most recent action taking place at OpenCo London 2013. James Laird reported on the meeting described as "a mash up of an artist's open studio and a tech conference with the atmosphere of a music festival," which rather suggests it’s worth checking out.
