Online retailer Expansys has cut the price of the Motorola Razr HD smartphone down £400 to £310 with free delivery and a free entry to a "Red Letter Days" competition. That handset was unveiled last year in the US (check out our hands-on of the Motorola Razr HD here) together with the Motorola Razr M, which is essentially a smaller version of the Razr HD.
The latter comes with a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon system-on-chip clocked at 1.5GHz with 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a microSD card slot, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, a 4.7in 1,280 x 720 pixel Super AMOLED display, 4G/LTE connectivity, an 8-megapixel camera, full HD video recording, a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, AGPS and NFC.
Like the Razr M (whose hands-on you can read here), the Razr HD comes with a DuPont Kevlar fiber chassis and Corning Gorilla glass in front. At 8.4mm and 146g, it is surprisingly thin and light despite having such a large display and a 2,530mAh battery.
