Saveonlaptops is currently selling the Asus VivoTab TF600T Windows RT tablet for £320. That's less than what it sells it for on its eBay outlet and almost half its original selling price.
As for the majority of Windows RT devices, this one runs on a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz. There's 2GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage.
Other features include a 10.1in 1,280 x 800 pixel IPS display, a microSD card reader that theoretically allows you to double the onboard storage capacity, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a front facing 2-megapixel one, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, a microHDMI port, up to eight hours battery life and weighs a mere 525g.
We can't help but believe that Asus and its partners are selling this tablet at a loss especially as it packs some cracking specifications. If only we could swap Microsoft's OS for Android.
Dell's XPS 10, which comes with a lower spec, costs £249 and is the cheapest Windows RT tablet on the market. Samsung's Ativ Tab is on sale for £299 and Lenovo's Yoga 11 is by far the most expensive at £399. It does however come with a keyboard.
