Deal: Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7in tablet on sale for £99

There are cheaper and better 7in tablets than the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 from Samsung. The device, which is known as the GT-P3110, was unveiled last year and has been one of the more popular Android tablets. Like many others, it has been overshadowed by the Google Nexus 7 which had an initial selling price close to the Galaxy Tab 2.0 but offered an altogether more powerful option.

You can now buy that tablet from eBay (via Argos' outlet) for a mere £99, a price that includes free delivery and 99 Nectar points. Note that it is a refurbished model that comes with 12-months warranty.

Samsung's smallest tablet is not devoid of sex-appeal though. It comes with a dual-core system-on-chip clocked at 1GHz and based on the Cortex-A9. There's also a 7in 1,024 x 600 pixel PLS display, 1GB of RAM, 8GB onboard storage, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a rear 3-megapixel camera, USB 2.0, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth and a battery life of up to 10 hours.
