Deal: Samsung Galaxy S4 Active now available from £446

Laptopsdirect is not known for selling affordable smartphones and yet, the outfit, which claims to be UK's largest laptop specialist, sells the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active for £460 although you can bring that down to £446 by taking a trial subscription to Which?, one which costs £1 and gives you a £15 cashback. Note that the offer doesn't include P&P.

The Galaxy S4 Active (otherwise known as the i9295) is essentially the same as the Galaxy S4 but swaps its 13-megapixel camera for an 8-megapixel one (for unknown reasons) and introduces IP68 certification, one that means that the device is dustproof and waterproof as well.

The rest of the specification list is otherwise identical; a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 SoC clocked at 1.9GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a 5in display with a 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, 4G functionality, NFC, GPS, a 2,600mAh battery, a microSD card slot, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Touchwiz UI and a front facing full HD camera.
