Deal: £140 HTC 8X Windows Phone 8 smartphone

If you want a top of the range Windows Phone 8 handset, then check out the HTC Windows Phone 8X smartphone from Orange's official eBay outlet. That device, which retails SIM free from Expansys for £200, fetches only £160 (including £20 top up credit, free delivery, a Philips Bluetooth speaker, the SBT300/05 and 160 Nectar points).

The phone is locked but you should be able to use it on T-Mobile, Virgin Media and EE plus you can unlock it for less than £5. The HTC 8X comes with a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC clocked at 1.4GHz, a 4.3in Super LCD 2 display with a 1,280 x 720 pixel resolution, 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a rear 8-megapixel camera with LED, a front-facing 2-megapixel one, Beats Audio technology with a built-in amplifier, a dedicated image chip and up to 12 hours battery life.

Unless you have a dislike for Windows Phone 8, we wholeheartedly recommend this device. You won't be able to get a better value-for-money bargain, especially if you decide to get rid of the top up and the speaker. Read our review of HTC 8X Windows Phone 8 smartphone here.
