You can purchase the HTC One from online retailer Mobilephonesdirect for £25 per month on a two year contract on Vodafone. The deal includes 100 minutes, unlimited texts, 100MB data and 2GB BT Openzone Wi-Fi allowance; it would be ideal for a low-usage customer and an easy way to get a top-of-the-range smartphone without forking out several hundred pounds in one go.
As for the HTC One, it still is one of the best smartphones on the market. Its display remains the one with the highest density available commercially and its metallic chassis has attracted rave reviews, especially compared to its two main rivals, the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the iPhone 5.
It was the first smartphone to use the new Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, the 600, which is clocked at 1.7GHz and comes with two cores. Other features include 2GB of RAM, 32GB of RAM, a 4.7in Super AMOLED HD display with a full HD resolution, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 4G/LTE connectivity, Sense UI v5.0, Blinkfeed, Beats Audio technology powering two speakers, NFC, a 4-"Ultrapixel" camera (which has a sensor with bigger light capturing units) and a 2,300mAh battery.
