This is one of the cheapest 3G tablets in the UK. Meet the Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 device which is a 7in model with 16GB onboard storage and that elusive 3G capability. It is on sale at Currys for £100. The IdeaTab A2107 comes with a Mediatek MTK6595 system-on-chip, one clocked at 1GHz with a single core and based on the Cortex-A9 architecture.

There's also a microSD card slot, 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage (as mentioned), a 7in display with a 1,024 x 600 pixel resolution, up to 10 hours battery life, GPS, a rear 2-megapixel camera, a front-facing VGA one, two speakers and two microphones as well as Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Business users will like the fact that it can also be used as a hotspot device. Note also that it comes with two SIMs but ahem cannot be used for making calls like some of its competitors like the Asus FonePad.
