Team ITProPortal to attend Gigaom Structure Europe event

The entire ITProPortal crew will be migrating for two days to the Grange Tower Bridge hotel to cover the Gigaom Structure:Europe event and to work from there.

The conference takes place on 18 and 19 September in central London and brings together 60 of the top global IT practitioners and vendors with a focus on cloud services.

The four core themes this year are: “The mobile operator, the cloud and you”, “Open data. Open for business?”, ”Establishing identity, privacy and trust” and “Is federated cloud the ticket to beating Amazon in Europe?”

ITProPortal will be covering the event live, attend and report from some of the keynotes. We will also be interviewing some of thought leaders in the booming European cloud industry.

Stick with us as we attempt to pick the brains of CxOs from VMWare, Rackspace, Ericsson, Facebook, Microsoft, HGST or Capgememi. Check out the list of speakers here.

Come to meet and greet us while you attend Structure:Europe and don’t hesitate to tell us your thoughts about Open Data, data center fabric or the federated cloud. You can read about the detailed schedule here.

You can save 25 per cent off the retail ticket price by using this special URL. The super saver ticket sells for £795 (with the price jumping to £995 on 1 September), while the Group Ticket (3 or more tickets) cuts that down to £595 and £795 respectively while startup employees pay only £350. These are the SRP prices and exclude 20 per cent VAT and the 25 per cent discount.

Desire worked at ITProPortal right at the beginning and was instrumental in turning it into the leading publication we all know and love today. He then moved on to be the Editor of TechRadarPro - a position he still holds - and has recently been reunited with ITProPortal since Future Publishing's acquisition of Net Communities.
