Deal: £369 Asus Vivobook S400CA laptop with Core i3

The Asus S400CA Vivobook is the Taiwanese company's answer to the growing desire for a mainstream audience to grab a laptop that looks like an ultrabook but is not as expensive as one.

At £369 (with a £30 discount when you enter the code TDX-PT3R at check out), with free delivery, 399 Clubcard points, 32GB storage space for three years and a free £35 coupon to be spent in Asus' online shop (you need to purchase it before 15 September).

As for the rest of the specification, it includes a second-generation, Sandy Bridge, Intel Core i3-2365 processor clocked at 1.4GHz with two cores. There's also 4GB of RAM, a 500GB hard disk drive spinning at 5,400RPM, a 14in touchscreen display with a 1,366 x 768 pixel and Windows 8.

Note that this laptop boosts a thin form factor which means that it doesn't come with an optical drive. Asus also included an "exclusive" SonicMaster technology with Waves MaxxAudio 3 as well as a feature that allows it to resume from sleep in two seconds.

There's a smaller (with an 11.6in display) but more expensive version of this laptop called the S200E. You can check out our review of the Asus Vivobook S200E-C157H here.
