Sony is selling the Xperia T smartphone via its online outlet shop for a mere £219 with a 12-month warranty; note that this is a refurbished model. The phone itself was launched at IFA last year and was for four months (until the debut of the Xperia Z), Sony's top-of-the-range handset.
It runs on a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8260A processor clocked at 1.5GHz with 1GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, a 4.6in display with a 1,280 x 720 pixel resolution and the Mobile Bravia Engine. There's also a microSD card slot, a 13-megapixel camera with Sony's acclaimed Exmor R CMOS sensor and full HD video recording, a battery that can power the device for up to 16 hours a front-facing camera, NFC, HDMI (via MHL), GPS, DLNA, a microUSB port, Bluetooth and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
As expected, the Sony Xperia T comes preloaded with a number of Sony's own applications like TrackID, Sony Entertainment Network, Movies and Walkman, TV Launcher, Timescape and more. In addition, it is PlayStation Certified and includes the xLOUD Experience audio filter technology. Read our review of the Sony Xperia T smartphone here.
