Deal: £280 Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE smartphone

Samsung has been very shy when it comes to promoting the LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 and we don't really see why. This is a very capable mainstream smartphone that doesn't cost the earth at £280 on eBay via e_cell, a retailer that's gathered one million positive feedbacks already. The product, commonly called the GT-I9305, comes with a year's warranty, 280 Nectar points and free delivery.

It packs a quad-core Samsung Exynos 4412 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz with 2GB of RAM (twice the amount on the non LTE version), 16GB onboard storage, a microSD card slot, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a front-facing 2-megapixel one, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, a 2,100mAh battery and a 4.8in Super AMOLED HD display with a 1,280 x 720 pixel resolution. Other features include Smart Stay, S Voice, Smart Beam and the Touchwiz user interface.

This is a better deal compared to the non-4G version of this handset which has less RAM and only costs £20 or so less. Check out our review of the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone here.
