Communication service provider NextiraOne is showcasing its freshly launched flagship global offering, OneCockpit, at IP EXPO today, featuring the first live demonstration of the technology anywhere.
Released yesterday, OneCockpit combines monitoring and management services to transform the way CIOs and IT departments manage their network infrastructures, enabling organisations to drive greater business benefit from their operations.
"We are delighted to be the first to show off our exciting new international service offering. We are looking forward to seeing the reactions of customers when we demonstrate the strengths and the benefits of this powerful service," said Steven Skakel, NextiraOne's UK and Ireland managing director.
"It combines monitoring and management and - most importantly – it gives CIOs a very clear overview of how their network is performing and any causes for concern in real-time and on a device of their choosing."
One of the key elements of the OneCockpit service is the powerful dashboard which is always accessible and available through an online portal. The dashboard displays indicators of availability and performance of the network infrastructure and applications.
At IP EXPO NextiraOne will demonstrate OneCockpit's capability of having a single pane of glass view into an organisation's entire IT estate, and the ability to deliver consolidated reports of both voice and data network infrastructure.
The OneCockpit dashboard enables CIO to have full visibility across the whole infrastructure and at the same time allows engineers to access any connected device or interface rapidly in order to discover the root cause of infrastructure issues.
In addition, NextiraOne's demonstration will show how organisations can use capacity and performance information to predict potential issues in the infrastructure and plan for the future.
"NextiraOne's OneCockpit is more than just a new product launch – it is a world-wide offering that brings together our whole services business, aligning processes, teams, people, documentation and infrastructure," said Shaun Ledgerwood, VP business development and services at NextiraOne.
