Three has admitted it is suffering problems with its network this morning, leaving customers without web access from their handsets.
The mobile operator tweeted, "Some customers are having internet issues. We're sorry for any inconvenience. We're working on fixing this quickly. We will update you here."
The number of people affected by the outage is as yet unclear, but several Three customers in the ITProPortal offices have reported trouble with using their data to get online.
At the time of writing, Three does not seem to have fixed the issue, and its Twitter account has been inundated with complaints from understandably dissatisfied customers.
"Any explanation for these issues? Without Twitter we'd have no clue what's going on. Is this kind of opacity acceptable in 2014?" wrote Andy Marshall.
Similarly, Gordon Brown said, "The problem with service updates via Twitter is that those affected can't get your tweets on our phones."
We'll keep you up-to-date with further news as it breaks.
