Adobe's beloved image-editor Revel finally comes to Android

Adobe's Revel photo-editing app, which helps you store, manage, and share your digital photos and videos, is now available on Android.

One of the coolest features of the app is the ability to invite friends and family to join a collaborative library and create one big collection of everyone's photos and videos. When collaborating with a group, you can control who can view, add, organise, and edit the snaps. When someone adds to the album, the new content automatically syncs to your device, so you won't miss any memories.

"Keep your personal photos private!" Adobe wrote in the app's description. "Revel lets you share family photos confidently, knowing that unwelcome viewers cannot access your library of photos and videos."

Revel is available for download in Google Play, but also works on iOS devices, as well as Mac and Windows 8 computers. You can also use it online, meaning your photos and videos will be backed up in the cloud, and available across devices.

Besides that, the app offers a selection of filters, a cropping tool, and other editing features like red eye correction to help make your photos look their best.

Once you've perfected your images, you can easily share them on social media sites.

Also, because it's from Adobe, the app is integrated with Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12, letting you bring your edited photos and videos with you anywhere you go.

Revel is free to download with unlimited imports for the first 30 days. After that, you can upload up to 50 photos and videos a month for free. If that's not enough storage, you can get a premium subscription for $5.99 (£3.60) a month or $59.99 (£36) to upload as many photos and videos as you wish.
