Mobile app of the day: 1Password

If you are anything like me, you have oodles of passwords for different accounts, and remembering them all can be, well, tricky is putting it mildly. And even if you can remember all your passwords today, when you change them regularly (you do, don't you?), it is easy to get confused.

1Password helps you out by remembering all your usernames and passwords, and even better, logging you in to websites automatically. It generates strong passwords for you using its own password generator, and the app itself is password protected. It will synchronise across different devices too. And you don't have to limit your use of 1Password to just keeping track of login passwords. Use it to keep credit card details and other information you like to have handy secure, as well.

Of course, any app that does this kind of work needs to be completely reliable and secure. To that end, there's an auto-locking system that keeps your data safe even if your device is lost or stolen.
