Chris Fletcher is SVP for Decision Management & Cloud Solutions within the Global Decision Analytics division at Experian. Here he is focused on expanding our leadership position and future growth ambitions in the decisioning software market. An important part of this is enhancing our core PowerCurve capabilities to better support the use of advanced analytics in decisioning and our clients’ digital transformation journeys. He is also responsible for executing a cloud first strategy to deliver a world-class, cloud-based integrated decisioning solution to clients. In addition, Chris is the mental health wellbeing champion for GDA. Previously, Chris was at Western Union where he was Global Head of Digital and Channel Partnerships at Western Union Business Solutions. There, he drove the digital first proposition, developed digital first products and created a digital community for international commerce. He also had global responsibility for all types of B2B channel partnerships from referrals to integrations. Previous roles include SVP of Product at Worldpay where he was responsible for all global ecommerce products (acquiring, gateways, alternative payments methods, FX, treasury, fraud and risk) and American Express where he most recently launched Apple Pay, contactless ticketing and digital wallets. Chris is also a Techstars (startup accelerator) mentor, mental health first aider and enthusiastic runner.
